Heard of it, bought the CDs and the t-shirt....well..actually no t-shirt.

What I can tell you is only my experience, not general truth or universal truth.

Yes, the CDs were expensive. Yes, they helped me clear some stuff.

I guess my biggest challenge with them was the actual time it took to listen to the CD daily. Apart from the hemi/holosync encoding--which is virtually inaudible(which it is meant to be) there is very little sound on the tracks--rain, a few crystal bowls....???

The sound of rain is great for enhancing a meditative state but I found the crystal bowls didnt blend well with that....rain is falling gently, now harder...now more gently....sliping off into a medative state....BONG!!....crystal bowl...wha? what's that?

So I found that listening to the CDs consistently was more about will power. And will power is the domain of ego, not spirit. Spirit is free.

I do like to have music playing as I meditate but I like to change it once in awhile, there is so much good music available.

Also, for the holosync encoding to be effective you need a good/expensive set of headphones.

As I understand it, a lot of energy, and technology went into Bill Harris' holosync program and I am not criticizing his offering. There may be people who like that particular style of sound track. I just prefer to keep my meditation time music options a little more flexible. And enjoyable.

One other thing I feel motivated to say, which is also just opinion. Bill Harris who has obviously put a lot of his energy and his life into the holosync technology, must, if he believes in his product, listen to them every day.

So you get to ask yourself, what kind of energy do you feel from him as you listen to his free online course, read his web site? Recieve his marketing emails? Is that something silimar to the kind of energy you want to feel? Is it calming energy, loving energy? or just wealthy?

There are no wrong answers here, we each have our own individual answers and desires. I just find it valuable to look at a long time user of the technology. And if he doesnt use it....well that would be revealing too.

Obviously I am saying all of this in hindsight.
